Make Your Own Capsule Pack

The "Make Your Own Capsule Pack" was designed for you to be able to make your own fresh apricot seed capsules.

Just grind the seeds into powder with a small coffee grinder or blender and pack them into your own capsules for easy consumption... The Pack comes with...

1). 1 Pound of Raw Apricot Seeds (600 to 700 seeds)

2). Gel Cap Filler ~ A handy little device that allows you to fill 50 of your own gel caps at one time.

3). Gel Cap TAMPER ~ This works with the Gel Cap Filler to help you pack the powdered seeds into capsules, It also does 50 at one time.

4). 600 Empty Gel Caps

Basic Instruction

Grind the seed with a coffee grinder or blender. Take the grinded seed and pack it into the capsule with the filler and the tamper. The capsules sit upright in the filler tray and the tamper packs the grinded seed in the capsule.

These directions are on the back of each Cap-M-Quik® box.

1.) Assemble
Place Cap-M-Quik® capsule holder onto a large piece of paper.
Place spacers on end post facing the center.
Set the holder on the four corner posts resting on spacers above base.

2.) Load
Manually separate empty caps placing the longer half into holes.
(Top of empty capsule half should be below surface of holder.)

3.) Fill
Pour powdered herbs or vitamins onto holder spreading substance evenly with card, completely filling all capsules.

4.) Tamp
The accessory Tamping Tool (Tamper) can be used at this point to simultaneously pack contents of caps. Remove excess substance carefully by scraping away from the holder and onto the paper. Use the tamper to pack the contents of the capsule filling them completely. Refill capsules and repeat process.

5.) Cap
Turn the end spacers 90 degrees. The holder will fall down, exposing the upper half of filled caps. Manually replace the top cap, and remove your now-filled and finished capsules!

It makes 50 capsules at one time. You then take your filled capsules and put them in a container and store them in the refrigerator.
